Dec 16, 2018 I plan to dry, or more correctly, semi-dry (as per Ed, our narrator's advice), my figs, then freeze them in that state next year. Which reasonably priced home use dehydrator on the market would work best for me, or can I accomplish the drying in my gas range's oven? Any additional advice on the drying of figs is greatly appreciated.
